ATTORNEY MATTHEW GREENE
Matthew Greene is licensed to practice law in Virginia and the District of Columbia, and regularly appears before the federal, state and local courts in each jurisdiction. Mr. Greene primarily handles complex criminal cases, juvenile abuse and neglect matters, and domestic relations matters.
Prior to the abolition of the death penalty in Virginia, Mr. Greene was certified to handle capital murder cases and worked both as first and second chair on a number of death penalty matters, allowing him to obtain invaluable knowledge in the defense of complex criminal cases.
As a special assistant city attorney in Alexandria City, Mr. Greene has represented social workers in abuse and neglect as well as in children in need of services cases on both a trial and appellate level. This experience has provided Mr. Greene with a wealth of knowledge in this area of domestic relations law.
Mr. Greene works with clients who need focused advice and zealous advocacy tailored to their individual situation.
